Dr. Daphne Rixon is Assistant Professor of Accounting as well as the Executive Director of the Centre of Excellence for Accounting and Reporting for Co-operatives (CEARC) at Saint Mary's University. The purpose of this presentation was examine whether the key performance indicators (KPI's) reported by co-operatives in the insurance sector reflect the seven principles of co-operatives.
