The purpose of the project is to develop a way to measure performance of this multi-stakeholder organization, in order to strengthen the school's mission, organizational culture, and identity. Devised performance measures will be a result of a dialogue among the stakeholders- a process whose results will reflect the schools goals and its unique identity. Main stakeholders, teachers, parents and students are engaged in the process of defining the performance measures, and in the purpose and use of the results.en
