The presentation discusses the results of a scan of educational and training initiatives across Canada by and/or for co-ops. It explored the investment co-ops make in their people through education and training, and sought discover trends and gaps that might inform the development of a lifelong learning strategy for co-ops. Findings describe who is delivering training, in which sectors, targeted to which audiences, and on what topics. Some opportunities for future development are also presented. |
